Sanjay Saini

Sanjay is the Founder & Publisher of Product Leaders Day India and the founder of AgileWoW, the training and events organization behind the PSPO-AI and PSM-AI certification programs. He started Product Leaders Day India to give Indian product leaders a venue built specifically around AI-augmented product work, rather than importing conference formats designed for a pre-AI product landscape.

Before founding AgileWoW, Sanjay spent over a decade in product and agile leadership roles, driving organizational transformations and scaling agile practices. He holds PST, PSPO-AI, and multiple advanced certifications, and has trained thousands of product professionals across India and the GCC ecosystem.

He writes occasionally on the editorial direction of the publication and the state of product leadership in India, and reviews every piece published under the AgileWoW masthead before it goes live.
